This collection consists of a 1852 affidavit by Richard Pattison made in Baltimore, Maryland concerning Bible record entries of the marriage and the 1834 death of Thomas Patterson, two obituaries of J. B. T. Patterson (1833-1882), a Baptist minister in Virginia, Ohio and Illinois, and a printed work, Browns of Nottingham, Pennsylvania, concerning the life of William Brown (1656-1746) of England and Nottingham, Pennsylvania, and his descendants. William Brown was a Quaker.
